It appears that the New Avengers are beaten by the New Thunderbolts. But in the course battle, it seems that the New Avengers are holding back. Captain ask Songbird why she is engaging in this battle and the Sentry tells Photon he knew his father. NA really didn't want to fight the NTB. Meanwhile back at Avengers' Tower, Spider-Woman confronts Olivia (Joystick) resulting with Olvia badly bruised and swollen. And SW is still holding back as well, even with her venom blast.

Great line by SW here, " Please, for my knuckles, if not for your face--don't get up again." Tom Grummet's rendition of Spider-Woman seems to be accurate. He must have gotten the memo.
